Covid-19 Shipping Delays
Due to the unprecedented pandemic issues around the world, some of our parcels could be subject to delay and in some rare instances taking 5 – 12 days longer than our usual shipping times below. We are trying out best to reduce this impact to make sure your order is delivered safely and in time, but unfortunately each country is imposing different measures to reduce the spread of the virus, including tougher customs screening and quarantine checks.

Q.Is a signature required for the parcel?
Yes, all our parcel require a signature to confirm safe delivery, but due to covid19 restrictions some countries/couriers will use the GPS tracking system fitted to their vehicle to confirm safe delivery of your parcel, and some will take photos of the parcel been delivered to your door. This is in line with internal courier rules to reduce the contact with customers and keep everyone safe
Q.My parcel was shipped but I didn`t get an update?
Your parcel transits to its destination country, the parcel is handed over to different countries, airports and carriers that sometimes have a delay in scanning the parcel into their system. The tracking number will update once parcel arrives in destination country and is checked and cleared by customs. Most countries do not update the tracking details until the parcel is checked and cleared by customs, and with some restrictions or quarantine measures in place, there could be delays in updating the tracking information.
Q.What if my parcel is lost?
We monitor each and every parcel to keep a close eye on it. We communicate with couriers to check for updates and make sure parcels are not lost. In the unlikely event where parcels get marked at lost in transit, we will remake and reship your order as soon as possible or offer you a full refund for your purchase
Please be aware that some countries can stop parcels at border for security checks and import taxes. These can add to total delivery times. Depending on your country laws, some will impose extra taxes in accordance with the import laws. These extra charges are out of our control and are not imposed by Prestige Perfection PTY LTD or the couriers we use. All these taxes are government imposed and they receive 100% of these charges. If you fail to pay these charges, parcels can be held for up to 90 days, awaiting payment. This will delay any return or refund processes and could cause you to fail to qualify for our refund policy.
We are an Australian based company but in order to offer the best quality for a reasonable price, some of our products are made and shipped from our factory based in Asia.
